Kâak louze

Ingredients :

  • 300g almond in powder
  • 125g powdered sugar
  • 70g egg white
  • Some vanilla sugar
  • Some pistachio for the garnish

Preparation :

Mix the powdered almonds with the sugar and the vanilla sugar.

Add the egg whites.

Put into the mill.

Let stand for 1 hour.

Roll out the dough into 1.5-cm diameter and mold into rings.

Decorate with pistachio cut in half on both sides.

Bake for 15min at 180 °
