Ingredients - dough :

  • 550 g of fine semolina
  • 50 g of medium semolina
  • 450 g of flour
  • 250 g of olive oil
  • 250 ml of warm water
  • Turmeric
  • Bicarbonate

Ingredients - the stuffing :

  • Dates (aliq)
  • orange peel powder
  • rose buds

Preparation :

Mix the dates, orange peels, rose bud, cinnamon and form a dough, add if necessary a little oil.

Roll out the dough using a rolling pin to obtain a 0,5 cm-thick dough. Stuff with a 1 cm-diameter pudding, close and roll.

Form diamonds of + cm of side ....???

Fry over high then medium heat. Soak in a sugar syrup then sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Preparation dough :

Heat the oil and pour the mixture (fine semolina, semolina, flour, turmeric and bicarbonate) and then work the dough with the warm water.
